Order Processing
At this time, all orders are processed and shipped personally by the God’s Wear team. We take pride in ensuring each product is carefully packaged and inspected before shipment.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (Monday through Friday, including holidays.

During high-demand periods, such as product launches or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
Shipping Methods & Rates
Since we currently handle shipping in-house, delivery methods and costs are determined by order weight, size, and destination.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days within the U.S.

Local Orders (Utah area): Hand delivery or local pickup may be available on request.

International Orders: We do not currently offer international shipping, but plan to expand this option in the future.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method and location.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking details (if applicable). If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 days of your purchase, please contact us directly.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (such as carrier issues, severe weather, or high shipping volume).

As God’s Wear continues to grow, we plan to partner with trusted third-party carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS to expand our shipping capabilities. When that change occurs, we will update this policy to reflect new delivery options, shipping times, and costs.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos (if applicable). We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
